Vents MPA 3500 E3 air supply unit with electric heating is designed for supply ventilation of premises for various purposes. The installation uses a G4 class air purification filter and an electric heater to heat the outside air. The ventilation unit can provide a nominal capacity of 3500 m3/h, a heater with a maximum power consumption of 25.2 kW is used for heating. The unit can only be used with a network of air ducts with a cross-section of 600x350 mm.

Installation of the unit must be carried out in a closed room with a positive temperature. This model comes with a built-in automatic control system for operating modes.

House

The body of the Vents MPA 3500 E3 unit is made of aluminum-zinc steel, which is more durable compared to conventional galvanized steel. To prevent heat loss and reduce noise levels, the unit body is insulated with 25 mm thick mineral wool. To allow for service maintenance, one of the walls of the unit can be opened.

Filter

To prevent pollutants in the outside air from entering the ventilation system, the unit is equipped with a filter with a replaceable cassette. Filtration class G4.

Heater

Heating of the supply air during the cold season is carried out using a built-in electric heater. To increase the area of contact of air with the heater, additional fins are provided on the heater.

Fan

The installation uses a centrifugal fan with forward-curved blades. To protect the fan motor, thermal protection with automatic restart is provided. Electric motors use ball bearings. Sealed rolling bearings require virtually no maintenance. Their service life is up to 40,000 hours.

Installation control

The installation is equipped with a built-in automation system based on a controller and is ready for operation.

Installation

The air handling unit can be placed in utility rooms (balcony, loggia, dressing room ) or in the main ones under the ceiling or in a niche.

The installation can be mounted on the floor, to the ceiling or on the wall using brackets. During installation, it must be taken into account that access to the installation is required for servicing, i.e. it is necessary to provide an inspection hatch or another method.

Using the installation using the example of office ventilation

The MPA air supply unit is installed in the ceiling space. For air intake and exhaust, holes are made in the outer walls. Fresh air passes through the external grille, enters the unit, where it is filtered, if necessary, heated to the required temperature and from the unit is supplied through a network of air ducts through grilles to the offices. Air is removed using an exhaust fan through a network of air ducts. Thus, with the help of an air supply unit and an exhaust fan, the required calculated air exchange is carried out to ensure comfortable ventilation in office premises.
