The air supply unit Vents VPA 250-3,6-3 is a ventilation unit designed to provide fresh air supply in the ventilation system. The supply air is filtered and heated in the installation (during the cold season). The unit is capable of providing air supply with a maximum productivity of 990 m3/h. This model is connected to air ducts and other ventilation elements witha diameter of 200 mm. The installation uses a three-phaseelectric heater with a maximum power consumption of 3.6 kW.

The installation comes with a built-in automation system.

Case

Case material - aluminum-zinc steel with increased heat retention properties. Additionally, the housing has thermal and sound insulation with 25 mm thick mineral wool. For maintenance, it is possible to open one of the walls in the housing.

Filter

To prevent contamination from the outside air from entering the system components and the room being served, a G4 class filter is provided.

To heat the air during the cold season, the installation has an electric heater.

Fan

Vents VPA 250-3,6-3 is used in the installation centrifugal fan with backward-curved blades. The engine is equipped with a protection thermostat with automatic restart. The use of rolling bearings allows you to increase the service life of the fan to 40 thousand hours. The balancing of the electric motor and impeller is carried out in two planes and is guaranteed by the manufacturer.

Control and automation

The installation is equipped with an automation system. The built-in system allows you to regulate productivity, control the operation of the electric heater, monitor the condition of filters, and set the required supply air temperature. Wired control panel - length 10 meters.

• setting the required supply air temperature using the control panel and maintaining the set temperature
• adjusting the unit’s performance (3 speeds)
• operating the unit using a dailyor weekly timer

Installation

It is advisable to place the installations in utility rooms, such as balcony, pantry, dressing room, bathrooms and others, but always in a dry and closed room with a temperature from +1 C to +40 C. You can also place the installation directly in the living room under the ceiling or in a niche specially made for it.

The air handling unit can be mounted under the ceiling, on the floor, or mounted to the wall using brackets (brackets for wall mounting are not included in the delivery). It is advisable to install the unit in a horizontal or vertical position, except for the position when the air flow is directed downwards. It is imperative to provide for the possibility of access to the inspection wall of the unit housing for service maintenance.

The VPA must necessarily work with an air duct system; operation without air ducts is not provided. To reduce the noise level from the installation, it is necessary to use noise suppressors of the appropriate diameter (ordered separately).

Warranty

The manufacturer guarantees normal operation for 24 months from the date of sale. Warranty and post-warranty repairs are carried out exclusively at the manufacturer.
