Le boîtier du ventilateur Vents VKPF 4D 600x350 est en acier galvanisé.
Moteur
Des moteurs asynchrones à 4 et 6 pôles avec un rotor externe et une roue en acier galvanisé avec des pales incurvées vers l'avant sont utilisés. Les ventilateurs dotés de cette conception de turbine se caractérisent par des performances élevées et une perte de charge relativement importante.
Pour assurer une protection thermique contre la surchauffe, des contacts thermiques avec des bornes pour connecter des dispositifs de protection externes sont intégrés dans l'enroulement du moteur. L'utilisation de roulements dans les moteurs garantit une longue durée de vie. Pour obtenir des performances précises, de faibles niveaux de bruit et un fonctionnement sûr du ventilateur, chaque turbine subit un équilibrage dynamique lors de l'assemblage. Le moteur du ventilateur a un indice de protection IP 44.
Réglage de la vitesse
Le réglage peut être progressif ou progressif et s'effectue à l'aide d'un régulateur triac ou autotransformateur. Plusieurs ventilateurs peuvent être connectés à un seul dispositif de contrôle à la fois, à condition que la puissance totale et le courant de fonctionnement ne dépassent pas les paramètres nominaux du contrôleur.
Installation
Les ventilateurs sont montés au moyen d'inserts flexibles ; ils doivent être fixés à la structure du bâtiment à l'aide de supports, de suspensions ou d'équerres.
Le ventilateur peut être installé dans n'importe quelle position, en tenant compte du sens du flux d'air (indiqué par une flèche sur le boîtier du ventilateur). Il est également nécessaire de prévoir un accès pour l'entretien du ventilateur. L'alimentation est fournie au ventilateur via des bornes externes. Pour l'inspection et la maintenance, le ventilateur est équipé d'un couvercle technologique sur le boîtier.
