Fan Vents VCU 2E 160x90 type 'snail' is a single-phase fan with a motor built into the housing. Designed for use as part of supply or exhaust ventilation systems for premises for various purposes. The Vents VCU 2E 160x90 fan housing is made of steel with polymer coating.
Motor
Two- and four-pole single-phase asynchronous motors with an external rotor and a galvanized steel impeller with forward curved blades are used. The motors have built-in thermal protection with automatic restart.
The use of rolling bearings in engines ensures a long service life. To achieve precise characteristics, low noise levels and safe operation of the fan, each turbine undergoes dynamic balancing during assembly. The motor in the fan has a protection class of IP 44.
Speed adjustment
< p> The adjustment can be either smooth or stepwise, and is carried out using a triac or autotransformer regulator. Several fans can be connected to one control device at once, provided that the total power and operating current do not exceed the rated parameters of the controller.
Installation
Can be installed both in ventilation chambers and air conditioning units, and separately. In the latter case, it can be connected to the air ducts with either two pipes (exhaust and suction) or one exhaust. The exhaust and intake pipes have a rectangular and circular cross-section, respectively. Power is supplied via external terminals.
