Vents VK 100 es un ventilador de conducto en una carcasa de plástico. El ventilador se utiliza en sistemas de ventilación de suministro y extracción de comercios, oficinas y otros locales. Compatible con conductos de aire u otros elementos de ventilación con un diámetro de 100 mm. Para habitaciones con mayores requisitos de nivel de ruido, se ofrecen versiones de ventiladores silenciosos (series VK…B).
Gracias a la carcasa fabricada en plástico de alta calidad, que a diferencia del metal no está sujeto a la corrosión, son una excelente opción para su instalación en sistemas de ventilación por extracción de habitaciones con alta humedad: baños, cocinas, etc.

La carcasa del ventilador Vents VK 100 está fabricada en plástico ABS de alta calidad y gran durabilidad. Caja de montaje sellada. Para una conexión y un uso más cómodos, el ventilador puede equiparse con un cable de alimentación con enchufe (VK…R).
Motor
Los motores monofásicos de rotor externo están equipados con un impulsor centrífugo con palas curvadas hacia atrás. Los motores tienen protección térmica incorporada con reinicio automático. Para algunos tamaños estándar, está disponible una versión de motor con características más potentes (VKS).
Los motores están equipados con rodamientos para garantizar una mayor vida útil (40.000 horas). Para lograr un rendimiento preciso, un funcionamiento seguro y bajos niveles de ruido, cada turbina se somete a un equilibrio dinámico durante el montaje. Clase de protección del motor – IP X4.
Ajuste de velocidad
El ajuste suave o escalonado se realiza mediante un regulador de tiristores o autotransformador. Se pueden conectar varios ventiladores a un dispositivo de control, siempre que la potencia total y la corriente de funcionamiento no excedan los parámetros nominales del controlador.

Instalación
Se permite la instalación en cualquier ángulo con respecto al eje del ventilador. La conexión a una pared o techo se realiza mediante soportes de montaje (incluidos en la entrega)
La conexión e instalación eléctrica se debe realizar de acuerdo con las instrucciones y esquema eléctrico indicados en la caja de terminales.
