La carcasa del ventilador Vents VKPF 4D 500x250 está fabricada en acero galvanizado.
Motor
Se utilizan motores asíncronos de 4 y 6 polos con rotor externo y rodete de acero galvanizado con álabes curvados hacia adelante. Los ventiladores con este diseño de turbina se caracterizan por un alto rendimiento y una caída de presión relativamente grande.
Para proporcionar protección térmica contra el sobrecalentamiento, los contactos térmicos con terminales para conectar dispositivos de protección externos están integrados en el devanado del motor. El uso de rodamientos en los motores garantiza una larga vida útil. Para lograr un rendimiento preciso, bajos niveles de ruido y un funcionamiento seguro del ventilador, cada turbina se somete a un equilibrio dinámico durante el montaje. El motor del ventilador tiene un grado de protección IP 44.
Ajuste de velocidad
El ajuste puede ser suave o escalonado y se realiza mediante un regulador triac o autotransformador. Se pueden conectar varios ventiladores a un dispositivo de control a la vez, siempre que la potencia total y la corriente de funcionamiento no excedan los parámetros nominales del controlador.
Instalación
Los ventiladores se montan mediante inserciones flexibles; deberán fijarse a la estructura del edificio mediante soportes, colgadores o ménsulas.
El ventilador se puede instalar en cualquier posición, teniendo en cuenta la dirección del flujo de aire (indicada por una flecha en la carcasa del ventilador). También es necesario proporcionar acceso para realizar el mantenimiento del ventilador. La energía se suministra al ventilador a través de terminales externos. Para inspección y mantenimiento, el ventilador está equipado con una tapa tecnológica en la carcasa.
