Vents PR 600x300 plate heat exchanger is used for heat recovery in ventilation and air conditioning systems. Recuperators are directly connected to air ductswith a cross-section of 600x300 mm. Connection options are provided by the use of elbows, which must be ordered in quantities corresponding to the specified location. The passing air should not contain impurities.

What does it consist of

The body is made of galvanized steel. Heat exchange occurs through a package of special thin aluminum plates with highly efficient heat transfer. Recuperators have the ability to collect some condensate (which may form on the surfaces of the heat exchanger) on the bottom removable panel. The delivery set includes a fitting for drainage, which is installed on the bottom panel.

Installation

The recuperator is installed indoors with an ambient temperature from 1°C to +40°C and with relative humidity not exceeding 80%.

The device must be mounted in such a way that it can be accessed for service or repair. Suspended on threaded rods (studs) from the ceiling or brackets.

To protect the device from contamination, it is necessary to use air ventilation filters on the outside air intake side and on the exhaust air input side from the room.

During installation, you must follow the operating instructions in the Documentation section.

The recuperator can be equipped with a PC rotary elbow, which must be ordered separately. With their help, you can use different options for recuperator layout.

Additional accessory

Can be equipped with a Vents PC swivel elbow (paid separately). Designed for ease of installation of the recuperator in different versions of the air duct. You can order a set of 2 pieces or 4 pieces.
