Modernization of manual roller shutters

Is your goal to motorize your manually operated roller shutters? Our RTS motorized axle kit is a cost—effective solution to motorize your blinds without having to replace them completely. Installation is fast, there is no need to change the entire shutter. Just open its trunk and remove the previous axle before replacing it.

The Somfy® radio-mechanized valves are controlled using the supplied remote control or any other Somfy® brand remote control. By purchasing this gate electric drive unit, you also get access to connected technologies, since the RTS Somfy drive can be controlled using the Tahoma unit and the Connexoon unit (sold separately).

To find out if your roller shutters are compatible with the Avosdim motorized axle in Somfy radio RTS, make sure that:

• The previous axis has a diameter of 60 mm and a length from 750 to 3500 mm.
• The stored power is sufficient (see the calculation formula below)

Is the capacity of the package selected by width insufficient? Choose a longer length, you will not use an additional telescopic axis.
