Vents VUT 600 G es una unidad de suministro y escape con recuperación de calor. Diseñado para crear un sistema de ventilación de suministro y extracción para locales residenciales y comerciales. Esta instalación no dispone de calefactor, el aire se calienta únicamente mediante recuperación. El consumo máximo de la instalación es de sólo390 Wpor hora.
La capacidad nominal de este modelo es600 m3/h, el caudal de aire real depende de la resistencia aerodinámica de la red de conductos de aire (longitud de los conductos de aire, número de vueltas, rejillas, etc). Este proceso se describe con más detalle a continuación en la sección Recuperador.
La unidad se instala en interiores con temperatura positiva, el diámetro de la conexión del conducto de aire es de 200 mm.
Carcasa
La carcasa del mueble está realizada en perfilería de aluminio y paneles sándwich con aislamiento térmico y acústico interior de lana mineral de 20 mm de espesor.
Filtro
Para filtrar el aire de impulsión y escape, la unidad lleva incorporados dos filtros con un grado de limpieza de G4 (escape) y F7 (impulsión).
Ventiladores
La unidad Vents VUT 600 G está equipada con ventiladores centrífugos de doble aspiración, de impulsión y de escape, con palas curvadas hacia adelante y termostato de protección incorporado con reinicio automático. Los motores eléctricos y los impulsores están equilibrados dinámicamente en dos planos. Los rodamientos de bolas de los motores eléctricos no requieren mantenimiento y su vida útil es de al menos 40.000 horas.
Recuperador
El recuperador de corriente cruzada está fabricado con placas de aluminio. Para el funcionamiento de la unidad sin recuperación, se proporciona un revestimiento de "verano". Debajo del bloque recuperador hay una bandeja para recoger y descargar el condensado. La unidad de suministro y escape está equipada con un sistema incorporado para proteger el recuperador de la congelación durante la estación fría. Su esencia es que el sensor de temperatura apaga el ventilador de suministro y el aire caliente de escape calienta el recuperador. Luego se enciende el ventilador de impulsión y toda la instalación funciona con normalidad.
Control
La velocidad de rotación del ventilador se controla mediante un interruptor de cuatro posiciones, que permite seleccionar la velocidad mínima, media o máxima o apagar la unidad.

La unidad de tratamiento de aire se monta en el suelo , suspendido del techo mediante soporte de montaje con inserto vibratorio o montado en la pared mediante soportes. La instalación se puede colocar tanto en estancias auxiliares como en las principales (detrás de falso techo, en hornacina o de forma diáfana). Sólo puede instalarse en una posición que garantice la recogida y drenaje del condensado. El acceso para servicio y limpieza de filtros se realiza desde los paneles laterales.
