L'unité d'extraction Vents VA 03 est conçue pour évacuer l'air des systèmes de ventilation par aspiration de locaux à des fins diverses. L'unité est capable d'évacuer l'air avec une capacité nominale de3450 m3/h et une plage de températurede -25°C à +45°C. L'unité est raccordée à des conduits d'air d'une section de600x350 mm.
Boîtier
Le boîtier est constitué de tôles d'acier aluminium-zinc, insonorisées avec de la laine minérale de 50 mm d'épaisseur.
Ventilateur
Les unités sont équipées d'un ventilateur radial à cadre ouvert haute pression directement entraîné par un moteur électrique à rotor externe. Les pales de la turbine sont courbées vers l’arrière. Le ventilateur offre des caractéristiques de performances optimales : débit d'air, niveau sonore et efficacité. Le ventilateur peut être facilement retiré du boîtier pour inspection et nettoyage.
Installation
Les centrales de traitement d'air Vents VA 03 sont équipées de supports pour faciliter l'installation de l'unité. L'unité d'extraction est montée au sol, suspendue au plafond à l'aide d'un support de montage avec insert vibrant ou montée au mur à l'aide de supports. L'installation peut être placée aussi bien dans les pièces auxiliaires que dans les pièces principales (derrière un plafond suspendu, dans une niche ou de manière ouverte). Toutes les connexions électriques se font via le bornier situé dans la boîte de jonction. Les performances des unités sont contrôlées à partir d'un panneau de commande intégrant un convertisseur de fréquence et un contrôleur de vitesse P1/010.
